Yup, Neal Barnard's latest book: "The Get Healthy, Go Vegan Cookbook"!!
A month or two ago, I was lucky enough to win this book from VegieGail on her blog here. (she's got a great description of the book there) She's amazing and her blog, The Hungry Vegan, is equally amazing.....go check her out, if you haven't done so already. The thing is, I forgot I had entered her giveaway and bought myself this very same book the day before I won! I offered her to give it to someone else, etc.....but she kindly said she'd send it anyway and allowed me to do a giveaway of this book (thanks to VEGIEGAIL!!). So thank you, Gail :)
