I think I probably have an ok amount for weight loss too...not a ton, but I do eat it occasionally, as I do avocado now as well.

I always appreciate this kind of input, so thanks again!Tanyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912320960118608950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8982729401377863771.post-27030634975973968732010-07-19T14:58:11.888-05:002010-07-19T14:58:11.888-05:00just my two cents: as a nutritionist, I'm happ...just my two cents: as a nutritionist, I'm happy with the healthy fats in coconut. They are what are called medium-chain fatty acids (mcfa's), and have been shown to actually boost metabolism, since they are readily converted to energy by the liver. If you're still squeamish about the fat content, by all means avoid it, but I do generally recommend coconut as a healthy fat source (in vegeaterhttp://www.vegeater.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8982729401377863771.post-42649360125109158082010-07-15T21:57:04.834-05:002010-07-15T21:57:04.834-05:00Ok, I hope you find it sometimes. I think it was only a flavored, which I don't really like. I think I would enjoy it. My only problem with that is that it's COCONUT! Since I drink coffee everyday, it would be a lot of coconut intake...which is a bit too much fat (for my weight loss regimen) I think. But if I could find the plain So Tanyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912320960118608950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8982729401377863771.post-65577103102751151292010-07-15T18:56:49.796-05:002010-07-15T18:56:49.796-05:00Oh my goodness. The Soy Milk creamer was making my tummy hurt so I was just doing unsweetened or sweetened almond milk, which I still like doing. If you want a substantial creamer, So Delicious has a Regular, Vanilla, and Hazelnut flavor that are all delicious! I hope you are able to get some soon!singerinkitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17579815484543487415noreply@blogger.com
